Gibanica (pronounced gee-bah-neet-zah) is a traditional cheese pie popular in Serbian cuisine, featuring white cheese, eggs and layered phyllo dough. It’s a fan favorite throughout the Balkans as both an everyday dish or for more festive occasions.
