This Georgiev-Milkov Pink Side of Rubin Thracian Valley white wine is made from 100% Rubin grapes – an indigenous Bulgarian red grape variety, created in 1944 through cross-breeding of Syrah & Nebbiolo and considered to be one of the country’s best local red grapes.
The color of this wine is a pale pink onion skin color. The nose offers pronounced notes of white cherries, strawberries, white flowers and gentle vanilla and the palate is an elegant and Moorish rosé with light to medium body with intense red fruit and white flowers notes and very fresh finish.
Food pairing: As an aperitif or with salads, seafood and fish dishes, barbecued white meats. ABV 12%
