This wine has all the characteristics of a red wine from a cold climate: thin body, fine tannins and high acidity. TheĀ flavor balance leans more towards black fruits than towards barrel notes. After a 9-month maturation in oak, the wine has a bright ruby āācolor and a discreet nose with plums, currants and black pepper. TheĀ palate offersĀ plums, earth and smoke and continues to evolve after a short period of aeration in the glass,Ā bringing additionalĀ impressions of forest truffles and black tea. A long and elegant aftertaste leaves sensations of fresh fruit and fine mineral hints. ABV 13.5%
